Privacy Policy

The data controller is Victor Bezhenar, sole proprietor — full registration details are on the Legal details page. The fastest way to reach us about your data is [email protected].

• Your account email — used for magic-link sign-in and the emails you asked for. Sessions are stored server-side in our database.
• Brand configuration — brand and competitor names, domains, aliases, niche, and country. This is the input the monitoring runs on.
• Generated prompts and AI answers — the buyer questions we ask and the full raw answers the engines returned, kept so every number on your dashboard is traceable to its source.
• A salted hash of your IP address for free-checker rate limiting. The raw IP is never written to the database.
• An email send log — which template went to which address and when, so unsubscribes and delivery problems can be audited.
• Billing status — your plan and payment events from our payment provider (event id, plan, amount, signature validity). Card numbers never touch our servers; the payment provider holds them.
• Money-layer inputs you volunteer — average order value / LTV and conversion rate, used only to compute the modeled revenue-at-risk figures on your own dashboard. You can change or clear them at any time.

• No advertising and no ad networks — we never run ads on the service or sell your data. The only third-party scripts are the consent-gated analytics described below, and nothing loads unless you accept.
• No raw IP addresses at rest — only the salted hash described above.
• No card data — checkout is hosted by our payment provider end to end.
• No selling or sharing of your data with anyone beyond the subprocessors listed below.
• No use by children — the service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16.

We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used and improve it: Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrika. They load only after you press Accept in the cookie banner — decline or ignore it and no analytics scripts or cookies load at all. When enabled, they process technical usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser and a cookie-based visit identifier); Google (USA) and Yandex (Russia) act as independent processors under their own terms. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies and local storage. Only the essential session cookie is ever set without your consent.

A free check produces a report at an unguessable URL. Anyone with the link can view it — that is how sharing works — but it contains no personal data until you unlock it with your email, and the email itself is never displayed on the report. By unlocking a report you agree to these terms and this policy.

These providers process data on our behalf, each for one job:

We send magic-link sign-in emails, the report you asked the checker to send, weekly digests and alerts on paid plans, and billing notices. Every non-essential email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

We keep your data while your account or unlocked report exists. Email [email protected] from your account address to have your account, brands, reports, and email address deleted; our payment provider retains what payment regulations require it to retain.

The money figures the product shows are modeled, not measured — computed from your own inputs and labeled as estimates. And we never promise guaranteed placement in AI answers, because nobody can deliver that. The full reasoning is on the methodology page.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you (in a portable, machine-readable format), have inaccuracies corrected, object to or restrict a particular use, and have your account and data deleted (see the previous section). Every non-essential email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Send requests from your account email address to [email protected] — we answer within 30 days, and we do not charge for these requests. If you are unhappy with how we handled one, you can complain to the data-protection authority where you live.

Updates are posted here with a new date above. If we ever add a subprocessor or start collecting a new category of data, that change lands in this list before it lands in the product.
